Shortlist of Phase I projects that have been identified:

• Rewire Hobbs Meter – insertion of ignition key should not activate elapsed time, only running engine (complete)
• Replace raw water pump (complete)
• Re-engineer access to gearbox dipstick and filler (complete)
• Fix Morse throttle cable control in binnacle (complete)
• Remove redundant wiring (partially complete)
• Replace fire extinguishers/relabel (complete)
• Service all through-hull fittings (complete)
• Replace bilge pump switch and 2,000 gallon per hr pump (complete)
• Powerwash all interior surfaces and bilge areas (complete)
• Label all 12V and AC circuits, replace terminals and renew most wiring runs (In progress)
• Replace all fuses in runs with central fuse block in accessible area (In progress)
• Reduce 110AC wiring on-board to absolute minimum (In progress)
• Remove redundant plumbing (all copper lines) (complete)
